F.A.Q

The Grafenberg Spot, or G-Spot, is an area located within the anterior (or front) wall of the vagina, about one centimetre from the surface and one-third to one-half way in from the vaginal opening (see illustration and text). It is reported to consist of a system of glands (Skenes glands) and ducts that surround the urethra (Heath, 1984). Some authors write that you must press "deeply" into the tissue with two fingers to reach it with any effectiveness. The significance of the G-spot is that some women (about half) report that it is a highly sensitive area that under the right conditions can be very pleasurable, if stimulated. For some women, it can be a primary source of stimulation leading to orgasm during intercourse. Other women report no particular stimulation, and some say that it feels as if they need to urinate. The G-Spot has been linked to the phenomenon known as female ejaculation. To date, there is little data about female ejaculation, although there is some speculation that it is the product of the Skenes glands.

An orgasm is difficult to describe it can be experienced but difficult to explain in words. But any way we are trying to explain it. When a person reaches orgasm he/she has gasping uncontrolled movements or a sense of suspension which are non- verbal communications to the partner that one has had an orgasm. It is mostly accompanied by rhythmic vaginal contractions in Females and the Ejaculation in Males. Later, the person appears to be calm and satisfied. The signs of having had an orgasm are quite fleeting. The best way to confirm is to ask the partner.

Foreplay is quite vital part of complete sexual play. It enhances sex pleasure and in most cases helps to reduce the anxiety and fears associated with sex. It gradually stimulates the partners so that their enjoyment span is enhanced and particularly a man can have delayed ejaculation. Foreplay is particularly useful in combating problems related to vaginismus in females and psychogenic impotency in males. It stimulates natural lubrication, which is secreted from sex glands (Cowper’s glands in males and Bartholin's glands in females) and that facilitates a pleasant sexual intercourse.

An orgasm represents the zenith of human pleasurable experiences. Orgasm is derived from the Greek word 'orgaos' which means to swell with lust. Orgasm is defined as "an explosive, cerebrally encoded, neuromuscular response, at the peak of sexual arousal by psycho biological stimuli, the pleasurable sensations of which are experienced in association with dispensable pelvic physiological concomitants".

Some women do report squirting of fluid at the time of orgasm, but this is rare. Whether this can be called female ejaculation is controversial.
